The Beacon Activity Centre is looking for people who have a heart and passion for young people, the great outdoors and for leading adventurous activities. Our vision is to enable visitors to ‘Discover more about themselves each other and God.’
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and administration skills who is organised and able to juggle many different tasks at once. You will need to love children and young people and be the face of the Beacon at reception, and ‘the voice’ on the phone. You will also work as an activity instructor, so a love of the outdoors and activities such as climbing, archery, orienteering is important.
The position is residential with an allowance and full board provided. Due to accommodation limitations the post is open to single people.
Successful applicants will require an enhanced DBS check.
