The Lee Abbey Tea Cottage is open from 1 April to 28 September 2025, serving cream teas, cakes, drinks and ice cream, with a smile.
We are currently open Thursdays to Saturdays 12.00am – 3.45pm with last orders at 3.30pm.
You can find us at the bottom of the hill on our North Devon coastal estate in a beautiful country garden, on the way down to the beach, opposite the car park.
Sitting in the gardens of Lee Abbey Tea cottage surrounded by trees, flowers, birdsong, got the sea right behind me, there’s a stream flowing through; If there’s a better place to stop for a cream tea in the entire country, I don’t know where it is.
