The Head of Operations gives advance planning and day to day management of the complex operations of Lee Abbey Devon in line with its vision, mission and values. Responsibilities include oversight of the total guest experience, managing Team Leaders (House, Kitchen, Maintenance, etc.), and ensuring that teams are supported and co-ordinated to meet operational requirements within budgetary controls.
You would need relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil this role and commitment to Community living. More details about responsibilities and accountabilities and requirements will be given on enquiry.
