Lee Abbey is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Local Worker). Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to help lead a vibrant Christian Community in welcoming thousands of guests who come to Lee Abbey each year? To work alongside the Warden and Leadership Team to have oversite of the operational teams in the day to day running of Lee Abbey.
Do you have experience and a proven track record? Are you a team leader/player and able to efficiently manage day to day operations? Do you have experience in Health & Safety to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations & policies?
Preferably you will have significant experience and or have the relevant qualification IOSH or equivalent. You should be a self-starter, possess excellent organisational skills and be able to lead a team in a diverse multicultural environment.
