There’s a circular walk on good tracks over Southcliffe that takes in the best views of the valley, Lee Bay and the forest, with Lee Abbey in the centre.
There are also several longer and shorter paths around the valley, up Castle Rock or Hollerday Hill.

- Not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs
If you have a wheelchair or pushchair, you can go into the valley along the road without difficulty, and even continue along the tarmac path all the way to Lynton.
