Each retreat, conference or holiday is individually priced, as shown in the programme. We’ve kept things simple by having just one base price whether you take part in the programmed activities or not – so you are free to change your mind.

Discounts available

We offer a range of discounts all year round for certain groups of people, supported by generous donations to our Bursary Fund:

All ordained ministers, spouses and dependents10% off
Missionaries, spouses or dependents, on furlough from working overseas for a UK society

50% off

Lone parents bringing dependents25% off

We also offer a wide range of other discounts, thanks to the generous support of Hopeswood (previously known as the Woodlands House of Prayer):

Those in formal training for ministry or missionary work25% off
Students in full-time education

25% off

Those who are a main carer for a family member (whether or not the person for whom they provide care is also staying, but excludes Foster Carer)25% off
Those in receipt of UK benefits*25% off
Refugees, and anyone who is a main supporter of a refugee25% off

* UK benefits means: Child Tax Credit, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Incapacity Benefit, Income Support, Jobseekers’ Allowance, Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit.

These reductions do not apply to self-catering units or when special rates are stated in the programme. Only one discount can be claimed at a time.

We don’t want cost to be a barrier for you. If you don’t fit into any of the categories above but would like to be considered for a bursary from our Bursary Fund, please contact us. We’ll consider each request individually.
