08:00 – Prologue (praise and prayer) in the Chapel Tent
08:30 – Breakfast in the Main Marquee
10:00 – Bible Study in the Chapel Tent
11:00 – Elevenses (coffee/tea & biscuits) on the Lawn
12:00 – Team Meeting in the Chapel Tent (team only)
Afternoon
13:00 – Lunch in the Main Marquee
14:00 – Field Surgery (Prayer ministry)
14:15 – Games/Activities/Crafts*
16:00 – Foursies (coffee/tea & cake) on the Lawn
16:30 – Workshops/Talkshops*
Evening
18:15 – Supper in the Main Marquee
20:00 – Epilogue (Main meeting) in the Main Marquee, followed by cocoa in the Fire Shelter
23:00 – Night prayer in the Chapel & Lights out in the Fire Shelter
