Where has God been? (A week with Pray As You Go)

24–28 June 2024 (Mon–Fri)

It can be hard to spot where God has been working during the day or year, or even over the course of a lifetime. This retreat will lean into the prayer practice of the Examen. The Examen is a prayer that provides space to recognise the love and movement of God in the moments of our lives. This week will be all about space, reflection and hearing God’s voice. We will lean on what discernment and Ignatian spirituality have to offer us, and it might be a particularly helpful week if you have a life decision to make!

Who's speaking?

Emma Holland is the Director of Pray As You Go, a daily podcast which has been running for 18 years, and is also available as an app. She works with the Jesuits both in Britain and around the world, with the aim and joy of helping hundreds of thousands of people to simply meet with God each day. Emma lives in London and is also actively involved in a variety of worship ministries and has a passion for Ignatian spirituality and silent retreats!
