Trusting God

23–27 March 2026 (Mon–Fri)

Many of us would want to affirm our trust in God – in his goodness, his strength, his timing, and his commitment to us, his people. Yet we can find that trust tested when facing personal difficulties and precarious world situations. Our level of trust is not a given – it is like a muscle that we can grow and strengthen. Together we will explore how we can grow our trust in God and live with greater assurance.

Who's speaking?

Beverley Shepherd

Bev is a management trainer and developmental coach. Her connection with Lee Abbey spans 30 years and she knows it to be a place where God’s presence and guiding are tangible. She was a Bible student on the Cornhill Training course, has been greatly helped by Ignatian spirituality, and currently worships in an exuberant multinational Pentecostal church. She is passionate about living out our faith in our workplaces and in 2012 she established LICC’s prayer journeys. Outside of work, walking coastal paths is one of her great joys.
