Reboot your Leadership

7–11 July 2025 (Mon–Fri)

Leadership can be tough a times so why not give your leadership and discipleship an MOT and get some much-needed time-out to reboot? We’ll explore leading through creating a life-giving culture, getting the right stuff done, navigating change, building outstanding teams, and handling conflict with confidence. Gather with leaders from church, charity and business to reflect and be refreshed in a safe, prayerful, inspiring, relaxed space.

Who's speaking?

Matt Summerfield

Matt Summerfield is the Senior Leader of Zeo Church which he leads alongside a wider love for cheering on leaders through training, coaching, and running retreats (stretchyourlife.info). He passionately believes that better followers of Jesus make better leaders of people, and so is committed to inspire and equip individuals, teams and organisations in both their discipleship and leadership. Over the past 30 years, Matt has accumulated a bundle of leadership experience across the commercial, charitable and faith sector. Married to Amy, he has two sons, Andy and Dan – and loves meaty pizzas, Belgian Chocolate Häagen-Dazs and great movies (sounds like a perfect night out!)
