Praying your Path

7–11 July 2025 (Mon–Fri)

When was the last time you paused to reflect on your prayer life? The challenge to reset our prayer lives can be overwhelming! We can find ourselves beset with questions, ‘What time of day is best? How should I integrate the Bible? Why can’t I concentrate or be consistent?’ This week offers space to hear from God in new ways and to have a go at different ways of praying, using inspiration from the spirituality of St Ignatius of Loyola. You might discover a new way of meeting with God.

Who's speaking?

Emma Hudson

Emma is the director of Pray As You Go, a daily prayer app, website and podcast that helps hundreds of thousands of people around the world to meet with God through music, scripture and prayer. She is passionate about Ignatian Spirituality, silence and helping people learn their unique ways of praying. Emma is married to Andy, and together they worship lead for their church in Aldershot.
