Programme

Mindful of our Wellbeing, Mindful of God

15–19 June 2026 (Mon–Fri)

What we pay attention to is our life. What we pay attention to shapes our wellbeing and spirituality. Our mental and spiritual wellbeing comes out of paying attention to what matters most. Shaun will help us be mindful of (pay attention to) what matters most in our mental health as well as being mindful of God. The sessions will be interactive and creative with simple and accessible spiritual and wellbeing practices, drawing on scriptural and psychological wisdom. Shaun will invite us to explore our own creativity within the beautiful setting of Lee Abbey.
