Leading through Radical Change

16–20 January 2023 (Mon–Fri)

The world is changing rapidly and events over the last three years have only served as an accelerant. Churches are suffering the effects of that change, and church leaders are trying to understand how to go forward when many tried-and-tested systems and programmes no longer fit their purpose, not just to those we want to show Jesus to, but also to families who have not returned to church. In a season where ‘everything that can be shaken will be shaken’, how do church leaders find the way forward so that the Kingdom of God continues to be established? Change is required.

Who's speaking?

Bev Murrill

Bev Murrill is an insightful communicator working with leaders internationally. With over 40 years of experience leading churches, identifying, equipping and mentoring leaders, and lecturing on leadership at Westminster Theological Centre, Bev believes healthy leaders are key to healthy organisations. An author, speaker, and founder of several organisations including Skylark, Kyria network, Cherish Uganda and Liberti magazine, Bev encourages grappling with the challenges facing 21st century Christian leaders. Not one to cling to the comfort zone, she lives in the passionate conviction that Christians are seeded into their culture to bring the Kingdom of Heaven into their spheres of influence.
