Keep Fit for Marriage

13–15 March 2026 (Fri–Sun)

Whether you are a pre-married couple or have been married for years, take the opportunity of some time away to build and strengthen your relationship with your partner, in an idyllic location! Before the event we provide you with a questionnaire to help you take stock of where you are at the moment. Then during the weekend there are talks and exercises to encourage growth in communication and other key aspects of the way you relate to each other. You work only with your partner (unless you choose to share experiences with others on the weekend).

Due to the nature of the course, there isn’t a facility for children to accompany their parents on this weekend. See www.prepare-enrich.com for more information. There is a £30 charge for the questionnaire, payable to Prepare/Enrich when completing it online.  Please ensure you complete the questionnaire before the course start date. Limited to 20 places.

Who's speaking?

Prepare/Enrich Team

The Prepare-Enrich team have run 'Keep Fit For Marriage' courses at Lee Abbey for many years. Prepare/Enrich Facilitators work with dating, engaged, or married couples in churches, counselling centres and communities. They help couples identify their relationship strengths, gain understanding about the underlying dynamics that influence their communication, and then help them to develop skills to improve their 'growth' areas. Facilitators work with couples in facilitator/couple relationships, small groups, retreats, marriage mentor programs, church-wide formats, and many other settings.
