Talk about ‘church growth’ and ‘outreach’ and ‘evangelism’ can put a lot of even faithful Christians off. Yet another thing we are supposed to do and which we feel guilty about!
But what is striking in Jesus’ teaching is that he doesn’t focus on us. Instead, much of his teaching talks about the nature of the kingdom of God and the character of God himself.
In these sessions, we will explore the surprising, refreshing, and encouraging teaching of Jesus—the kingdom grows just as seeds do when planted well, and it is both a bit of a mystery and something wonderful to see!
