Help for the Hurting: Finding Hope & Healing through Trauma

2–6 March 2026 (Mon–Fri)

As Christians, it is possible to work through our own wounds and support others who carry the heavy burden of trauma. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit offer us hope, healing, comfort and strength in our most challenging moments. We will delve into Scripture, reflect on personal stories, and partake in guided discussions and prayer times to discover the beauty that can arise from our trials and how our scars can become symbols of hope and blessing, so that we can be a pillar of support for others in their times of suffering.

Who's speaking?

Kristian Dimond

Kristian is Pastor of Wellington Evangelical Chapel in Herefordshire. His journey of faith began in his hometown of Barry, and he has since been a speaker at various conferences and churches in England, Wales, Spain and the United States. Kristian is married to Carla and they have been together for 27 years after meeting in school. In addition to leading the church in Herefordshire they are also foster carers and have five children of their own aged between 8 and 20.  Kristian is an ex professional footballer with Crystal Palace and Cardiff City, and also spent twelve years in the security industry before entering his true calling ten years ago.
