Come and create some history by planting the first new woodland at Lee Abbey for fifty years. Working on steep slopes and uneven ground, we’re planting 1200 native trees to increase our Atlantic Rain Forest. (You won’t have to dig the holes!) A reduced rate for roughly 5 hours work each day with late afternoons and evenings free for well–earned rest. If you are unsure whether you could manage this work, please phone before booking. Bring outdoor clothing, suitable footwear and waterproofs.
