Dementia – a view from the inside

Dr Jennifer Bute will cover how it feels to have dementia, simple principles in dealing with it practically and what churches can do to help. She will talk on how God walks with us in tough situations and brokenness. Dr Ros Simpson will accompany her and speak on supporting carers.

Jennifer Bute

Jennifer Bute is a former medical missionary and GP who retired early because of dementia. She describes this as a glorious opportunity, and now speaks at conferences and on national media, encouraging churches and all involved with dementia to improve the present and know God in a deeper way.
