CREATIVELY COMMUNICATING CHRIST – Easter

22–27 March 2024 (Fri–Wed)

This retreat will provide an opportunity to bring together theology, beauty and the art of communicating Christ in ways that are culturally relevant today. Our desire is to gather all – from those beginning their journey in the arts to those more experienced – and inspire them to go further with the gifts God has given them to communicate Christ.

Each morning there will be a time of worship and a short reflection looking ahead towards Easter. Then after a break for morning refreshments there will be an extended time of teaching and creativity.

There will be three creative streams: art and painting with Chris Duffett; the spoken word with award winning spoken word artist Dai Woolridge and video editing/photography with Andy Thomas of The FuelCast. The stream leaders and guests will collaborate together so that a final filmed piece entitled ‘Easter’ will be created from the work of and individual pieces created by each guest.
