Bible Week

10–14 February 2020 (Mon–Fri)

We are delighted to welcome Howard Peskett as our guest speaker.

Truth, trust and trustworthiness are major themes in our society and culture today. We will strengthen our trust in Jesus by the quiet study of at least four gospel passages with four well-known pictures: Filippo Lippi, Annunication; Piero della Francesca, The Baptism of Christ; Ivan Kramskoy, Christ in the Wilderness; and Diego Velazquez, A Kitchen Scene with Christ in the House of Martha and Mary. We will reflect on what hinders our trusting… For a week we will enjoy looking to Jesus, to depart encouraged to trust Him through thick and thin.
