Arise (Learning to Hope Again)

19–23 May 2025 (Mon–Fri)

This retreat is an invitation to be honest about where you are, while gently rising into where God is leading you. Through story, scripture, and space to breathe, we’ll explore what it means to trust God in the waiting, to lean on Him in our emptiness, and to carry both grief and joy together. You don’t need to have it all together to lead, to heal, or to hope. This is a space to arise—into truth, into healing, and into hope.

Who's speaking?

Leah Bucko

Leah Bucko is a writer, speaker, and youth pastor with a heart for creating safe spaces where people can be honest about grief, mental health, and the messy in -between seasons of life. Drawing from her own journey of loss and healing, Leah speaks with vulnerability and hope, weaving together story, scripture, and lived experience. She is the author of Living In -Between Grief and Hope, a book that explores the sacred tension of holding both sorrow and joy. Leah is passionate about helping others meet Jesus in their most tender places and believes that we don’t need to be whole to lead—we just need to be willing to be honest.
